Ingredients: 4 med Green onions, sliced; 2 x Jalapeno chilies, seeded And minced; 1/3 c. Lemon juice; 1/4 c. Honey; 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme leaves Or possibly 2 t dry thyme leaves; 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Grnd allspice; 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
