- Salmon! yes. which and snapper and trout. i even like tilapia. and don't find the taste fishy. Which "fishy" smell and taste comes with age. Frzn fish is alright now which I use salt water to thaw it.
- We've been happy with salmon steak cooked in the foreman grill (4-5 mins); grillpan (6-8mins); 400F oven (9-12 mins). Some restaurants overcook salmon: too dry. Once it starts running "white" on the edges, it's done.
- Salmon has higher fat but it's the good fat.
