Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1 sm. onion, minced fine (about 1/4 c.)
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (opt.)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Shape mix by Tbsp. into 1 1/2" balls. Heat 1 Tbsp. salad oil in large skillet; cook meatballs over medium heat till brown, about 20 min. Drain off fat. Makes about 24 meatballs.
