Directions

  1. Slice lemon and orange. Heat butter and add in all ingredients except shrimp, and saute/fry till tender. Remove from heat and cold. Pour over shrimp and marinate several hrs.
  2. Bake in 425 degree oven till all shrimp are pink; turn frequently. Takes about 15 min. Serve with French bread, as an appetizer or possibly main dish. Serves 6.
