  1. Beat Large eggs and sugar till light; add in salt, nutmeg, lowfat milk and gelatin that has been softened in the cool water and dissolved over a pan of warm water.
  2. Crush bananas with a silver fork to a fine pulp, stir in lemon juice and add in to mix. Whip cream and add in. Freeze.
  3. Makes 2 qts.
