  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk, 2% low-fat
  • 1 1/2 c. Pecans -- minced, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, mix All Purpose Mix, Sugar, Egg and Lowfat milk together. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 min. Cold before slicing.
