Ingredients
- 3/4 pound Cape scallops
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. white wine (Chablis)
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Place rinsed scallops in baking dish. Pour melted butter and wine over them. Sprinkle crumbs over scallops, and sprinkle cheese over crumbs. Bake 20 min in 400 degree oven.
