  • 1 x 2lb. pkg. frzn French fries
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 2 x (10 ounce.) cans cream chicken soup
  • 2 x (8 ounce.) cartons lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 x (6 ounce.) bag Butterball Seasoned One Step stuffing
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place French fries in a 3 qt rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle onion over potatoes. In bowl stir together soup lowfat sour cream and cream cheese. Spoon over French fries. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Combine stuffing mix, butter and paprika. Sprinkle mix over cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  2. Makes 12 servings.
