Ingredients
- 16 slices Arnold's white bread with crust removed
- 1 pound thinly sliced and shredded ham
- 8 slices Old English Kraft cheese
Directions
- Place 8 slices bread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Add in shredded ham and then add in cheese slices and top with remaining 8 slices bread. Beat 6 large eggs with 3 cups lowfat milk, 1/2 tsp dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over sandwiches and chill overnight.Before baking, add in crumbled corn flakes on top. Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over corn flakes. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees and reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake 50 min more.
