Ingredients
- 1 lg. minced onion
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 (2 1/2) can cut up tomatoes
- 2 T capers
- 3 ounce jar stuffed green olives, sliced or possibly bits
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 whole piece or possibly 6 pound fish or possibly 3 or possibly 4 fillets
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Place over fish. Bake 30 or possibly 40 min at 350 degrees. Good with steamed rice, mixed salad and French bread.
