Baked Fish, Spanish Style

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 (2 1/2) can cut up tomatoes
  • 2 T capers
  • 3 ounce jar stuffed green olives, sliced or possibly bits
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 whole piece or possibly 6 pound fish or possibly 3 or possibly 4 fillets

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Place over fish. Bake 30 or possibly 40 min at 350 degrees. Good with steamed rice, mixed salad and French bread.
