  • 4 x Boneless Chicken Breasts, Halved
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 can (16 ounce) Sauerkraut, well liquid removed
  • 4 slc Swiss Cheese
  • 1 3/4 c. Prepared Thousand Island Salad Dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken in single layer in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon sauerkraut over chicken.
  2. Arrange cheese slices over sauerkraut. Pour dressing proportionately over top. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till fork can be inserted into chicken with ease.
