  • 6 ounce tube bacon cheese
  • 6 ounce tube garlic cheese
  • 4 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. uncooked grits (quick kind)
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

  1. Slice cheese into small pcs. Bring salted water to a boil; slowly add in grits, stirring constantly. Bring to a second boil; reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 min, stirring often. Add in cheese and butter to grits, stirring till melted and blended. Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 min at 350 degrees.
