2 x avocados - pulp only
1 x lemon - juice only
1 clv garlic - crushed
700 ml chicken stock
1 tsp cumin light lowfat sour cream - for garnish

Directions

Place all ingredients except lowfat sour cream in the food processor, process till smooth. Place in a large bowl, cover and chill. Serve in 4 bowls with a swirl of lowfat sour cream to garnish.
