Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs; 1 c. sugar; 4 to 5 T melted butter; 24 ounce cream cheese; 4 med. large eggs; 2 teaspoon vanilla; 2 T flour (very important); 1 c. sugar; 1 pt. lowfat sour cream; 1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.); 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar
4 to 5 T melted butter
24 ounce cream cheese
4 med. large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 T flour (very important)
1 c. sugar
1 pt. lowfat sour cream
1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.)
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Grease with butter the bottom and sides of a cheese cake pan (10 inch spring- form pan). Mix together crust ingredients. Pat down firmly in pan and place in freezer while making filling.
Beat together all filling ingredients. Pour over crumbs. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 min, then turn down to 300 degrees for 40 min. Turn off oven. Leave in oven for 1 hour to cool. Then chill. When cold, unlock side of pan.
