Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Gradually stir in vinegar and soy sauce. Stir in pineapple, green pepper and onion, set aside. Heat oil in wok. Add in chicken and stir fry, just till tender, and chicken has turned white. Add in pineapple and vegetable mix; stir till well mixed. Cover and simmer over low heat 15 min.
