  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 750 gm lean lamb, cubed
  • 1 pkt Tomato & Vegetable soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mint
  • 1/4 c. natural lowfat yoghurt

Directions

  1. Heat oil and brown lamb. Add in soup mix, water & mint. Simmer till lamb is tender, above 30-40mins. Mix lowfat yoghurt with 1/4 c. of the gravy, spoon over the top of the lamb and serve.
  2. Serves 4-6
