Ingredients
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/3 c. diced dry apples
Directions
- Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.
- Add in apples near end of last knead.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
