Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Soda
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Apples
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1 c. Pecans
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
Directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a tube pan. Mix oil & sugar in lg mixing bowl. Add in Large eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, & salt. Beat with electric mixer till well blended & mix is stiff. Stir in apples, coconuts, & pecans.
- Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1 1/2 hours.
- Topping:Mix all ingredients well. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
