  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 TBS chilled butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 TBS sliced almonds
