  • One Apple (your choice) peeled, cored, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (Frozen)

Directions

  1. In your blender add apple quarters and pulse several times, add yogurt, mixed berries and blend on high one minute
  2. Transfer to a glass, sip and enjoy!
  3. Its a favorite of mine!
