Ingredients
One Apple (your choice) peeled, cored, cut into quarters
1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup Mixed Berries (Frozen)
Directions
In your blender add apple quarters and pulse several times, add yogurt, mixed berries and blend on high one minute
Transfer to a glass, sip and enjoy!
Its a favorite of mine!
