Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks, and fry in sesame oil over high heat, till no longer transparent. Add in chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, anise, Chinese 5 spice, and rice. Bring to a boil, and then lower heat. Cook over medium heat till liquid is all absorbed.
