Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled large eggs
- 1 puffed popcorn snack patty
- 2 T fat free mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A couple pickles or possibly sweet relish or possibly whatever you like in your devil large eggs
- Onion (optional)
- Paprika
- Sprigs of parsley
- Sprinkles of basil or possibly nothing
Directions
- Cut the large eggs in half and throw out the yolk. Take 6 halves and mince them with a fork till fine. Crumble half of popcorn patty into egg mix. Stir in rest of ingredients till a nice filler develops.NOTE: If you use a lot of pickles or possibly juicy ingredients you will need to use more of the popcorn patty to absorb the liquid.
- Fill remaining halves with filler and chill at least 1 hour. This allows juices to be absorbed and filler to set. Taste filler and modify ingredients to fit your taste buds.
