Ingredients

  • 1 head white cabbage
  • 1 med Head red cabbage
  • 2 lrg Purple onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 stalk celery, diced coarsley
  • 1 x Green apple, unpeeled, diced
  • 1 x Red apple, unpeeled, diced
  • 1 head cauliflower, separate into flowerets & dice
  • 2 lrg Bell peppers, sliced into rings
  • 3 x Limes, juice of (or possibly lemons)
  • 2 bot cole slaw dressing
  • 1/2 tsp Celery seed Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Chop cabbages coarsely. Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in refrigerator 4-24 hrs (the longer, the better). Stir bottom to top several times during chilling.
