Looks like I get to be the first to welcome you to the friendliest, most open and communicative site for culinary adventure on the internet. I joined this past January and have not only enjoyed the ride, but made a number of real 'net friends and picked up several great ideas en route. Don't hesitate to participate, offer suggestions, feedback and your take on the dishes that you find right for your family. We are all learning - all the time.
