Happy you touched base, and now I can see your recipes. I have to convert to US, but not a big deal. One of my favorite dishes is a curried potato dal. Don't know the name, but a restaurant serves it here in Dallas, TX.

Also, I love raita.. I could live on naan, raita and cilantro chutney.
