Cooking Influences

Naturally I love the classics in the business. I grew up watching Julia Child and Jaques Pepin and of course Graham Kerr The Galloping Gourmet. These people influence me greatly. I am eclectic in my influences of food but I do learn toward the Asian flavors of Southeast Asian and Italy.
