Patsy - I am very happy to connect with you here on CES. This is a great site for folks who love to cook and eat and share one of lives great pleasures. Members are friendly and communicate frequently. We are all learning - all the time - so I guess in a certain sense, we are all, 'beginners'. Don't hesitate to comment on anyone's recipes.
