About me

Working mom with own business and two kids busy schedules but need to refocus on cooking good healthy food especially for 8 year old son who is becoming overweight - not athletic and dosent eat vegetables or enough fruit would like to catch up on how to support my son with right food and cooking choices and have whole family be able to support him. 11 year old daughter makes right choices as well as mom and dad but son has way to go.
