Cooking Influences

I grew up in the South, and always had fresh veggies and fruits and meats. I was also from a family of amazing Southern style cooks. Especially my grandmother. As I grew up and experienced more, I gravitated to vegetarian cooking, and healthier versions of the foods that I grew up with. So, my specialities are vegetable, fish, and whole grain dishes.
