  1. * PINEAPPLE CANNED IN UNSWEETENED JUICE.
  2. LAYER SLICED BANANAS IN THE BOTTOM OF A 9" SQUARE PAN. MIX All remaining INGREDIENTS LIGHTLY AND PLACE IN PAN. FREEZE FOR TWO TO THREE Hrs Or possibly Till Hard BUT NOT Frzn SOLID (SHOULD STILL BE SLUSHY). FOR EACH SERVING SPOON 1/2 C. OF Mix INTO A DISH AND POUR 1 Or possibly 2 Ounce. OF LEMON-LIME SODA OVER THE TOP. STIR SLIGHTLY.

    This is a great recipe because unlike the others I found on the internet, this doesn't contain sugar! Most that I have found contain between 1-2 cups of sugar. With all of the natural sugars, I couldn't see adding even more! I've made this when I didn't have any diet soda in the house and just used water instead. I also like to put it in individual cups so the kids can grab them out of the freezer as they like. It is a fun recipe to add whatever fresh or frozen fruit you have on hand! Love it!
