Add a photoThis cake comes from my past! Made as cake or cup cake it is wonderful! I loved the chocolateness!
However in keeping with what I eat today... The plan is to make this again without the sugar. Using agave, perhaps some stevia blend. It may be I want to add apple sause. I will let you know the results. But felt that I would give the recipe as is! Happy eating! Great with peanut butter frosting!
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup cocoa, 2tsp soda, 2 tsp vinegar, 2/3 cup oil, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 cups col water
Directions
- Mix ingredients and bake 350. Don't have the time.
