Vegan Waffles Recipe

Okay, so admittedly I'm not much of a waffle lover. I'm more of a pancake girl. But I do have a waffle maker and I like to drag it out occasionally to treat Dave since he does love waffles. I found a vegan recipe that sounded good and I had all of the ingredients on hand. I think what gives these waffles extra flavor is the orange juice.

They cooked up to be light and very crispy. I'm not sure if they're quite as good as non-vegan waffles, but they're pretty close. I served them with lots of warm maple syrup.
