Turkey tetrazzini Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk, divided
  • heaping 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced1 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 2-3 tablespoons sherry
  • 3 cups leftover cooked turkey or chicken, chopped
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup panko
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
