%20was%20filling%20a%20sugar%20or%20waffle%20cone%20with%20fresh%20fruit%20and%20yogurt!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EUnfortunately%20my%20first%20attempt%20didn't%20go%20so%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20simply%20loaded%20a%20sugar%20cone%20with%20sliced%20kiwi,%20fresh%20strawberries%20and%20banana%20slices%20and%20then%20topped%20it%20with%20a%20spoonful%20of%20low-fat%20vanilla%20yogurt.%20I%20also%20sprinkled%20on%20toasted%20shredded%20coconut%20that%20was%20leftover%20from%20a%20cooking%20event%20I%20did%20not%20too%20long%20ago.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20ok,%20but%20once%20you%20got%20past%20the%20yogurt%20and%20sweetened%20coconut%20on%20top%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20cone%20was%20a%20bit%20of%20a%20letdown.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20second%20attempt%20was%20better!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20went%20into%20%22layering%22%20mode%20and%20placed%20just%20enough%20sliced%20fruit%20in%20the%20cone%20to%20fill%20it%20halfway.%20Then...I%20spooned%20in%20the%20yogurt,%20sprinkled%20on%20the%20shredded%20coconut%20and%20that%20left%20me%20enough%20room%20to%20add%20a%20second%20layer!%20I%20would%20have%20gone%20for%20a%20third%20layer%20but%20my%20waffle%20cone%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20handle%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELayering%20was%20good,%20but%20I%20had%20one%20more%20idea%20(good%20thing%20I%20had%20a%20lot%20of%20cones)!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20time,%20after%20I%20added%20the%20first%20layer%20of%20fruit,%20I%20drizzled%20on%20honey%20(fruit%20looks%20sooo,%20sooo%20good%20covered%20in%20honey)!%20I%20followed%20it%20up%20with%20the%20yogurt%20and%20coconut%20then%20added%20the%20second%20layer%20using%20the%20same%20approach.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%E2%80%A6AWESOME!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20the%20layering%20and%20the%20honey%20you%20get%20sweetness%20all%20the%20way%20down%20to%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20cone!%20It%20tastes%20way%20too%20good%20to%20be%20good%20for%20you!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKeep%20in%20mind%20the%20sugar%20cone%20is%20no%20super-food,%20but%20that%20doesn%E2%80%99t%20matter%20much%20when%20it%20packed%20with%20nutritious%20healthy%20fruit!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EP.S.%20%E2%80%93%20After%20taking%20the%20pictures,%20I%20also%20tried%20topping%20it%20with%20whip%20cream.%20Yeah%E2%80%A6that%E2%80%99s%20really%20good%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETropical%20Fruit%20Sugar%20Cones%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20Inspiration:%20This%20post.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20this%20recipe%20with%20LESS%20effort!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOmit%20the%20toasted%20shredded%20coconut%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETime%20it%20takes:%205%20minutes%20to%20prepare%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes:%20%202%20cones%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFill%20each%20waffle%20cone%20halfway%20with%20equal%20amounts%20of%20strawberries,%20kiwi%20and%20banana.%20Drizzle%201/2%20tbsp%20honey%20over%20fruit%20in%20each%20cone.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETop%20fruit%20in%20each%20cone%20with%201%20tbsp%20yogurt%20followed%20by%201%20tbsp%20coconut.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERepeat%20process%20to%20add%20a%20second%20layer%20to%20each%20cone.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBy%20the%20way...I%20hope%20you%20like%20the%20new%20look%20of%20the%20blog.%20Been%20trying%20to%20tidy%20things%20up%20around%20here!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThanks%20for%20reading!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
