Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, salt, 3 large potatoes, 2 cloves garlic, marjoram, pepper, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs, 1 onion, 50g smoked bacon, 3 tablespoons oil, ground red pepper, parsley

Directions

  1. Washed chicken outside and inside with salt. Chopping peeled potatoes into a bowl where they mix with the garlic, marjoram, ground black pepper, salt, flour and bread crumbs. Cut down the onion finely and fry chopped bacon in half. Add it to the potato mixture and toss. This stuffing is filled with chicken and white thread for stitching. The pan chicken overlay the remaining slices of bacon and bake it sharply to the hot oil. Then occasionally grouting hot water cook until tender. Immediately after baking, sprinkle chicken with ground red pepper and chopped parsley.
