Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar and large eggs. Add in vanilla. Sift baking pwdr and flour together. In a separate bowl put lowfat sour cream and baking soda. Alternately add in dry ingredients and lowfat sour cream mix to butter, sugar and large eggs. Pour 1/2 batter into greased tube pan. Mix filling and sprinkle half on the batter and marble. Add in remaining batter. Put rest of mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
