  • Fish fillets (for example clover sole)
  • Curry pwdr
  • Salt
  • Bananas or possibly canned apricots
  • butter or possibly oil for frying

Directions

  1. Sprinkle curry and salt over the fish. Fry them in the butter or possibly the oil in a warm frying pan. After the fish has been fried, mash the bananas or possibly the apricots and saute/fry in the frying pan. Serve with rice and a salad.
