This delicious recipe can be served as a side dish by itself or over cooked brown rice.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (1/4 if fresh, 1/2 if powder)
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. garlic (1/8 if fresh, 1/4 if powder)
- 8 oz fresh small mushrooms, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cooking oil, soy sauce, sugar, white wine vinegar, ginger and garlic.
- Bring the ingredients to a boil, then lower the temperature to medium and add the mushrooms and green onions.
- Continue to stir the mixture until the mushrooms are heated through to your liking.
