Summer Three Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can 14.5 ounce cut green beans
  • 1 can 14.5 ounce wax beans (yellow beans)
  • 1 can 14.5 ounce kidney beans (or bean of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1/2 green pepper diced
  • Drain all beans and place in a large bowl with onion and pepper.
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pepper to taste
