Ingredients

  • Summer Spaghetti w/ Tuna & Tomato Sauce:
  • 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 cans of Italian or Spanish tuna in oil, drained
  • 2 tbsp drained capers
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup of good extra virgin olive oil (I use my special Sicilian olive oil for this one)
  • 4 anchovies, minced
  • 1 cup of basil leaves, sliced in a chiffonade
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
