This strawberry mousse recipe is very light and airy. This dessert is ready literally in minutes and does not require sophisticated ingredients. Be aware that the recipe contains raw eggs, so it is not suitable for pregnant women or very young kids.

  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

  1. Wash and drain the strawberries.
  2. Put the fruits, sugar and egg whites into a bowl.
  3. Use the mixer to beat the egg whites together with the sugar and fruits. You will notice that in the beginning the composition will liquefy, but it you continue beating it will become stiff as the usual beaten egg whites foam.
  4. Fill the serving cups with mousse, decorate with strawberries and wafers if desired and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
