Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. salted cashew nuts
Directions
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt. Mix together at low speed 1 egg, butter, sugar, vanilla and lowfat sour cream. Add in to flour mix and nuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet.
