Smokey Red Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

• 1 C Fresh flat leaf parsley
• 1/2 C Extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 C Red wine vinegar
• 2 Tbl Fresh oregano
• 1 Tbl Pureed chipotles in adobe sauce ( I used a heavy tsp to make it family friendly although I think it would be great with the Tbl )
• 1 Tbl Smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
• 3 Cloves garlic
• Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Directions
