Ingredients
- 4 ounce Lean beef roast
- 1/2 c. Beef broth
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Margarine
Directions
- Place Beef in a glass pan or possibly bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except margarine; pour over beef. Marinate 4 to 5 days in refrigeratro. Turn beef at least once a day. Heat margarine in small skillet; add in beef and brown.
- Reduce heat. Add in half of the marinade to the skillet. Simmmer till beef is tender.
