Ingredients

  • Fresh picked spinach (1 gallon bag washed and ready to cook)
  • 1/4 Cup Onion, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: if you like it spicy add an additional 1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes.

Directions

  1. 10 or 12 inch non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add first five ingredients to skillet(any order)
  3. Pile spinach on top.
  4. Let spinach wilt a few minutes, then start turning spinach till all has wilted.
  5. ContInue over medium heat and allow juices to condense, turning spinach and onions occasionally to keep from scorching about 10 minutes.
