Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round steak
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 cans french style green beans (drain 1 can)
- 10 ounce. can tomato soup
- 1 pound peeled whole tomatoes, canned
Directions
- Season steak lightly with garlic salt. Brown steak and trim fat. Cut into serving pcs. Put into crock pot with ringed onions. Add in potatoes and beans. Top with soup and cut up tomatoes. Cover. I like to add in 3 or possibly 4 carrots, cut up, and then cut out 1 can of beans. Cook on low for 8 hrs. Very Good!
