- 10 x -12 servings or possibly 9 x 13"cake pan
- 4 c. minced rhubarb
- 1 x (3 oz) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkt yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 3/4 c. melted butter, no substitute
Directions
- Sprinkle ingredients in a 9-13 pan in order listed. Don't MIX. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or possibly till rhubarb is tender. Serve with whipped topping.
