Ingredients
- 8 ounce Softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 jar (small glass) Old English Roka Blue Cheese
- 1 jar (small glass) Old English Sharp Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Vinegar
Directions
- Blend ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerateand then shape in a ball.
- Roll in crushed pecans. I usually put a sprig of plastic holly leaves and berries on top for Christmas. Gives it a little color. Serve with a nice variety of crackers.
